About Me

Hello! My name is Ryan Lyons and I am the Support Manager at Plexamedia. I started as an intern in 2021 and have learned a lot through my time at the company. I earned my Computer Science degree from Jacksonville State University, where I’m currently working on my master’s.

I’m 25 and originally from Cumming, Georgia. I currently live in Jacksonville, Alabama with my girlfriend and our three cats. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, going to conventions, and being nerdy with my buddies.

I have been working for Plexamedia for 4.5 years. I started as an intern while I was in college and rose to a full time support team member after a year and a half as I finished school. I took over our support department in 2023 and have been running it since! As our support manager, I work with customers everyday solving their issues and updating their sites, while delegating to our designers. I also help manager all of our servers, work on custom plugin solutions, and building new sites
